Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the freight forwarding and logistics sector.
  • Manage existing client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotations, and solutions to prospective clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas of business development.
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or Diploma in Logistics, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in business development/sales within the freight forwarding industry.
  • Strong understanding of international shipping, customs clearance, air, sea, and land freight services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus.
  • Valid driving license in Saudi Arabia.
