Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced IT Procurement Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement of IT goods and services, ensuring that all purchases are made in accordance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT procurement principles, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.Key Responsibilities:1) Manage the procurement of IT goods and services, including hardware, software, and cloud services
2) - Develop and maintain relationships with IT vendors, negotiating contracts and pricing to ensure best value for the company
3) - Conduct market research to identify new and emerging technologies, and make recommendations for procurement
4) Collaborate with IT stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop procurement strategies to meet those needs
5) Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations
6) Manage the procurement process from requisition to purchase order, ensuring timely delivery and installation of goods and services
7) Analyze and report on procurement metrics, including spend analysis and supplier performance
8) Develop and maintain procurement documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, and RFx responses
